How does your shopping cart work with all the selection and choices of collar sizes, martingales, harnesses and other choices?
When you decide what size collar you want...click on the size and then add to cart. All the accessories provided, you can do the same, pick one and add to cart. If you decide you don't want to order something in your cart, just click on the cart Icon to edit (top right corner of screen), then click on the "X" by the product to remove.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, via PayPal and/or Squares for purchasing. At local events...our system is set-up so that if you see a product you like, but need another size or matching accessory, you can order and purchase at the event - to be delivered to your home.
Delays: PayPal has changed their processing time - if you use PayPal to pay for your orders, it will take 3-5 days to clear PayPal's system. We recommend you use the Square's payment system, it processes right away. We do not start the orders until funds are verified and processed.
When will you send our order?
Once you place your order, we will ship if we have it in stock here (2 days - USPS), if an order is a drop shipment (4-7 days), some of the vendors we do business with, make their products to order...that means (7-14 days) before the product even ships. All of these do not include Postal Service logistics time to get to you. Some of our vendors do not drop-ship and will ship to us here in NM and then we will ship to your home (this may take up to 3 weeks to receive and ship your product to you).
Our shopping cart lets us track where your order is...and how it is progressing. If you need something right away, please contact us, we can arrange for overnight shipping (customer pays the cost) If you live locally in Las Cruces, NM, we can arrange for pick-up. All orders are shipped by us are using ground or flat rate USPS...our vendors that use drop shipments use a variety of methods to ship.
We only sell in USA, so all returns and exchanges will be addressed and reviewed: We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. Buying online is easier and more fun if you can return or exchange your purchase for a valid reason. First thing you need to do: 1) take a picture of the product and if you still have the package mailed in...take a picture of that too. 2) You must send the product back to us, within 14 days. We do a lot of drop shipments from our vendors, so it will take time to send the product back, to enable a refund or exchange. Our vendors will want to see the pictures before they make a decision on how best to accommodate you. Our goal is for everyone to be happy and content with the product and transaction.
